Climate change is a global challenge, and one that has widespread ramifications for Pulau Nias. In addition to making climate change education an integrated element of each program, Yayasan Holi'ana'a carries out special activities, conferences and events in order to introduce climate change mitigation and adaptation measures to the wider community; including farmers, government, students and other development stakeholders.

Our Livelihood Training Centre also operates a Climate Change Study Centre, which works to spread awareness about our changing climate and study its effects on Pulau Nias.
